It was the customer from St. Kitts that sent an inquiry to our company on May 11th. He needed to produce herbal tea packaging for his products which was a custom standing pouch.With his clear purpose, the customer directly sent me the previous packaging pouches made by his company for reference.

In the vast business world, the wonders of fate often amaze people. We and a customer from Yemen started a mineral water label journey full of challenges and surprises.

On the shores of the Caribbean Sea, there is a place full of charm and style - Puerto Rico. In this passionate land, a person who has a persistent love for coffee runs a unique coffee shop.

This is a special order. The order comes from the customer in Canada. It took us nearly 10 months to communicate with the customer. Although it took a long time, due to our professional service attitude, the customer went from just making a general inquiry to placing an order later. This also showed that the customer gradually built up the trust in us and finally placed the order without hesitation. Although this process was somewhat tortuous and long, it was worthy.

Recently we got another new order! This customer joined us to consult on food packaging by searching our website. The customer has been browsing our website for us since November 2022 and added us through the contact form.

Last month, an email from Switzerland suddenly appeared in my inbox.

Since my customer from Jamaican placed an order for 200,000 stand-up bags, he found me again. This time, our communication of all details of the packaging was smooth.

We received an inquiry from Facebook in July and we contacted Michel by WhatsApp. She told me that she wanted to cooperate with a packaging box supplier because she runs a company of the Kava powder in Vanuatu and she wanted to order the food packaging which can pack the powder and we suggested the stand up zipper pouch is suitable for her need.She asked about the material,color,size and other information of the bags and finally she confirmed the bags with the size of 20*30cm and four colors: blue,red,yellow and green. She ordered 20 thousands pieces.

We received an inquiry from Whatsapp on July 21th. The customer is called KONAN from Cote d’Ivoire . She was looking for coffee capsules for packaging coffee powder. Although we are not good at producing this kind of the product , our team tried the best to make it.  After having a meeting with her by the video, she confirmed to order 5,000 coffee capsules of different colors and smooth lids to match the capsule cups. Since it was difficult to find smooth lids to match the capsule cups in the market, we asked many other suppliers to offer the solutions whether they could do the matching products or not. However, the answer was “No”.

It was my first time that I had a fantastic experience with a Mexican client. The client was different from others that I had contacted before.It was on October 22 that I received an inquiry , which was from Mexico. Because of an unfamiliar inquiry it was, I conducted a background check on their company first. It is an car auto  parts company in Mexico and the customer needed to find suppliers in China produce spout pouches for their tire lubricants. They have provided me with the AI design drawings they designed at the beginning, and asked me to quote for customized spout pouches with a quantity of 20,000 pieces. First of all, I confirmed the size of the pouches, the printing color and the material of the spout pouches to them. After confirming all related information, I made a quotation to the customer.After checking our quotation, the customer told me that she needed to confirm with their boss whether the price is suitable or not, and asked me if I have sample service, because it is possible to change the pouch shape or the design. "Of course. We can offer you with this service !”I replied without hesitation. After I photographed all our samples to the customer, the customer asked me to send these samples to their company as well as offered to pay for the freight rapidly. It’s a fact that the customer was very satisfied with my service to them with my prompt reply. Her boss recognized me very much. What was more, the customer said she would definitely have cooperation with us as soon as she confirmed the sample.After a week, the customer received the sample and told me their design concept. They selected our spout pouch for sauce in stock and asked me whether it was suitable. I said that this pouch was not suitable for sure. At that time, my customer wasn’t sure if the pouch shape--spout pouch that I sent to her, was the best for her products. In order to clear her mind of doubts, I explained to her step by step. Why I denied was that they needed to choose the packaging style conforming to the industry as the packaging for automobile tire lubricants. I thought they still stuck to their original packaging design,no matter from whose pouch shape or whose material structures. Certainly, the printing design can be changed so as to make the packaging more attractive. But I suggested the customer to modify her pattern design if she wanted as soon as possible and I could arrange production right now. The customer accepted my suggestion. Meanwhile, she provided me with her boss’ contact way so that I could connect with her boss directly in the future. I was very excited at the time and thanked my customer for their supports to us, promising her to give her company the best service.  After contacting with their boss, he sent me the final design draft, and I quoted him the price at once. The boss was very satisfied with my quotation, and he readily made a deposit. He let us arrange the production as soon as possible. My customer was content with my service and would have a long-term partnership with their company. It is my honor that my customer can choose us at last.Now we’ve arranged the order to production.We are looking forward to the finished product. During this period I am keeping in touch with the customer and telling him about the production process.
