Heaven Fine Food: A business story spanning thousands of miles

        In 2024, in the vast starry sky across the border, we cooperated with Heaven Fine Food in Toronto, Canada. This ordinary business started with packaging bags, but because of the client's unique business character and vigorous work style, it wrote an unforgettable cooperation movement.

        The oriental love of Middle Eastern cuisine

        Located on Queen Street in the west end of Toronto, Heaven Fine Food is a well-known Middle Eastern cuisine hall in the local area. Through the glass curtain wall of the open kitchen, you can see the olive oil-soaked hummus being finely ground in the stone mortar, and the saffron-soaked lamb chops wrapped in dukkah sizzling in the charcoal fire. The client transformed his grandfather's pushcart food on the streets of Beirut into a creative dish that combines local Canadian ingredients. When he showed the photo of "puff pastry Kunafa dessert protected by ice packs" posted by the customer on Instagram on his mobile phone, his eyes sparkled with a unique understanding of food packaging: "Each packaging bag is a mobile billboard and a guardian of the food journey."

        Business blitzkrieg created in four hours

        A simple inquiry opened a textbook-level business dialogue. The customer started with precise parameters and requirements for effective inquiry: 14c thickness PE bag, low temperature resistance, load-bearing 5kg tear resistance test data, and the packaging is for fried food. Two design layouts, quantity 100,000.

        We made a quick and effective quotation based on the customer's needs and provided layout design drawings. During the entire inquiry process, the customer did not bargain at all. When the customer affirmed our plan and quotation, he asked us to prepare the contract and pay the deposit without hesitation. The customer was extremely rigorous and serious in details. Some small errors in the contract were pointed out by the customer quickly and accurately, and we made modifications and adjustments. After the customer paid the deposit, we arranged production without stopping. After we produced the products, we conducted a careful quality inspection, confirmed with the customer again and again, and arranged for delivery.

        The paid way of the customer's batch of goods was CIF and the customer wanted to receive them before Christmas. However, due to the shipping schedule, we were ready to respond to inquiries. However, the customer not only did not question us, but was extremely patient, emotionally stable, and constantly comforted us!

        Revelation of cross-cultural business

        This cooperation gave us a revelation far beyond commercial value: when the customer discussed the 14c thickness PE data and handwritten recipes together, modern commerce went beyond the cold digital game; when the crisis of ocean shipping delays was transformed into the material of brand stories, supply chain management was sublimated into the art of value co-creation.
