This was the second time when I had connected with the freight forwarder Eric. Through Eric’s introduction,it was the first time that I have contacted with my customer Robert directly. What he needed was "fast-food boxes", so I sent our company's products’ list to him right away. Finally, He chose 5,000 pieces each of the transparent style and the black style of boxes, and 10,000 pieces of plastic forks from our products’ list. He wanted a formal quotation according to what he chose. Thus, I made the formal quotation to Robert as soon as possible. After checking my quotation, he told us that he would place an order in the future and asked me to make a proforma invoice to him. To my surprise, it was a week later that he went to the bank to make TT payment to pay the deposit, and even took photos to prove that he had paid us. Robert is very trustworthy, and he communicated with me every time about all the details of our business , and do every step well in order to keep up our long-term relationships.
After confirming the receipt of the customer's payment, we began to arrange the shipment. At first, we would take pictures of the goods and sent them to Robert. After confirmed by him, the goods would be just arranged for delivering.He appreciated our service very much and told me "Your company provide the great service!" He said that he would visit our company in the near future. What was more, he would give more orders to us in the future.
