A perfect deal with my customer from Jamaica

        Last October, an inquiry from Jamaica suddenly appeared in my sight. In the inquiry, the customer generously provided some information about their company. 

I learned that the customer was from Jamaica, whose company mainly produces food seasoning, including fried chicken powder,barbecue sauce, pepper, etc.,even related factories and offices in other areas or other countries. In addition, the customer clearly told me their new products and the packaging they wanted. The packaging bag the customer needed was a food zipper bag, which was mainly used to hold their fried chicken mix seasoning and festival mix seasoning . Even though the products was new, the customer wanted to continue using their previous pouch style. So I asked him to send their previous pouches to our company first so that I could further understand the material structure and shape of their pouches. And I could offer a solution and pricing to him according to the characteristics of customer's products. So the customer quickly sent the their sample bags to the company through DHL. 

I waited patiently for sample bags. When I received the sample bags I immediately quoted the price according to the customer's requirements and the characteristics of the pouches. According to the customer's products and sample pouches, I thought the pouch material structure as PE/milky white PE was the best. I gave my solution and the quotation to the customer, and he was very satisfied with the price I quoted. So the customer began to make sure to make a proof first to confirm whether their new design was reasonable and suitable or not. Since the sample pouch needed to be printed, I had to get the manuscript of their new design from the customer, but because both of the seasoning ratio in the flour in their products and the design layout needed adjusting, the customer asked me to directly communicate with their manuscript designer. 

Through keeping in touch with their designer, finally in April, I received the design draft from him. So I made a sample quotation based on the draft as soon as possible. After the customer confirmed the quotation, he paid the proofing fee without hesitation. We arranged to make the sample immediately. In the proofing process, from the printing color adjustment, the laminated roll film, and then to the bag making, I always sent photos or videos to the customer for every process so that he could rest assured. After the sample was produced, I quickly sent it to my customer and waited for the customer to confirm. The wait was long, but it was worth waiting. I was confident in the quality of our company's products and I believe my customer was satisfied with our packaging products. As a result, It was true that the customer was perfectly content with the sample. He wanted to know about the price of 200,000 pieces of the bags. I quoted to him quickly. After his confirmation,I was really surprise that he paid the full payment and I arranged production after that.
