Our company's main business is to provide high-quality food packaging services to foreign customers. However, our company's strong strength has also allowed relevant Chinese companies to find us to make bags. A few months ago, we suddenly received calls and emails from Sam’s, a very famous international supermarket chain. The person in charge was the purchasing manager responsible for Sam’s Supermarket-related food packaging in South China and East China. The moment we received their call, we were so excited, because it showed that our company had always insisted on providing customers with the best service and the best product quality, which had been affirmed in the market. The customer conducted a comprehensive background investigation on our company, and conducted a long and detailed investigation on our company's past products, factory scale and machine configuration. Through the customer's investigation and comparison, the customer formally discussed cooperation matters with our company.
So, we started a long but pleasant communication with the customer. The customer's product was small cakes, so what they need was a customized bag suitable for their cakes. The customer communicated with us with all details, such as the bag type, bag material structure, bag printing, bag production details requirements. According to the basic requirements of the customer, we also gave the customer several bag solutions suitable for baking cakes. In order to make them better experience various solutions, selecting the most suitable bags for their new products, we made countless samples started with the bag type to him. From fan-shaped baking packaging bags, self-standing up bags, portable standing bags with zippers to three-side sealing bags, all of which were made as samples for the customer.
At the same time, according to the customer's requirements, the material should not be too hard, and the top of the bag should not be too cutting, etc., we also made bag samples of various materials for customers. In order to allow customers to save more time and obtain maximum efficiency, we continuously printed many sample bags and sent them to the customer.
Through our efforts, the customer decided to use the stand-up bags which were available to package two small bags inside meanwhile for their baking cakes in the end. In terms of material structure, PET + cast PE were used, with the thickness of 10C. It took about three months in the whole process. In order to cooperate better with the customer, we made at least 30 sample bags. At last, with our efforts, the customer finally confirmed the one from all of the samples that suited for their cakes and then placed an order for 200,000 bags (to be supplied to Sam in South China and East China respectively) to us. After receiving the customer's order, we strictly followed the customer's requirements and carried out the production non-stop in order to send the goods to the customer as soon as possible.
Finally, with everyone’s hard work, Sam’s Club finally launched their new cake product. Its cake brand is an indispensable brand in their bakery and pastry section. The cakes are very unique and cost-effective with a high reputation in Sam's Club stores. How excited and happy we are when the bags we supplied appear in Sam's Club stores!
