Selection of composite adhesive

        Generally, two-component polyurethane glue that meets the cooking requirements is selected. In the past, most manufacturers used Japanese AD502 adhesive. Now, YH502 and other adhesives produced in China have gradually replaced imports.

Printing ink selection

        Using a specific high-temperature cooking ink, it still does not turn yellow or black after 121 or 40 minutes of cooking. Two-component polyurethane ink is often used. The performance of the cooking ink is relatively stable all year round.

Choose the right glue

        Choose the appropriate glue specifically for laminating aluminized films such as VMCPP and VMPET. VMCPP and VMPET from different manufacturers vary greatly after lamination.

        The abrasion resistance of composite membranes often needs to be considered during the design and manufacturing process to ensure that they can meet the requirements of a specific application. This may include selecting appropriate materials, adding specific coatings or additives, and performing quality control to ensure wear resistance meets requirements.
