Recently we got another new order! This customer joined us to consult on food packaging by searching our website. The customer has been browsing our website for us since November 2022 and added us through the contact form. During this period, he had made inquiries about packaging to us one after another, but no specific packaging orders had been sought. But we still kept in touch with the customer, and finally in October 2023, the customer began to have intentions and explained his demands to us. We learned from the customer who produced milk powder was currently looking for related milk powder packaging bags. But he currently needed more high-end packaging bags. He’d like to let us make recommendations and saw if they could add other design elements or modify the text based on their previous design drafts which could make the bags more attractive. The customer first gave us their relevant design drafts, and then we made relevant designs and recommendations based on the customer's needs. As we knew, he wanted to order the customized bags which was milk powder inside. He needed three bag types for 250g, 500g, and 1000g milk powder. According to the following needs of the customer, we felt that since the customer’s packaging was for milk powder which required a certain degree of insulation at the same time. So the material structure we recommended was matte film/aluminized PET/antistatic PE. Aluminized PET could effectively achieve the isolation effect, and meanwhile the use of anti-static PE on the bottom layer could effectively prevent static electricity accumulation and delay the shelf life of milk powder. The printing layer is a matte film which was based on the customer's design drafts and needs. In terms of bag types, we recommend three bags with different capacities: self-standing zipper bags or eight-side sealing zipper bags. At the same time, for the content of the manuscript, we added the text modifications required by the customer according to his needs, and then our designers arranged it appropriately. After we worked hard to make the plan and sent it to the customer, the customer was very satisfied with our plan.
After making relevant consultations and adjustments with customers, we finally determined three sizes of zipper bags. We used self-standing zipper bags for the bags of small and medium-capacity and eight-side sealing zipper bags for large capacity. The structure of the bag adopted the structure we originally recommended—matte film/aluminized PET/antistatic PE with a thickness of 12C. The bags were equipped with a zipper for each and the four corners are rounded, which could further enhance the feel.
After the customer finalized the plan, we made samples at once. The customer was very satisfied with the samples we produced and placed the order without hesitation.
