1.Plastic laminated bags

Packaging for Puffed products and potato chip food

Packaging bags usually use a variety of materials, the most common ones are polyethylene (PE) plastic film and shrink-hardened polyethylene (OPP) plastic film. Among them, polyethylene (PE) plastic film is the most commonly used packaging bag material. It has the advantages of cheapness, good resistance to perforation, good anti-aging performance, good printing effect, and odorless. (OPP) plastic film has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high gloss, good transparency and barrier properties, but it has high cost and is not resistant to high temperatures. It is usually used for high-end puffed food or potato chip packaging.
In addition, packaging bags on the market are often made of laminated materials made of biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP), low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Among them, biaxially oriented polypropylene film is used as the outer layer material because of its good printability, good gloss, good overall appearance, and moderate price, while aluminum foil is used as the inner layer material, which can prevent moisture.
There are also some special packaging bags, such as striped bags made of multi-layer composite materials. The outer layer of this kind of bag is usually PE, and the inner layer is OPP or Oriented PS. It has good perforation resistance, stretch resistance and air insulation. It is suitable for packaging puffed food or potato chips with special requirements.
