It was my first time that I had a fantastic experience with a Mexican client. The client was different from others that I had contacted before.
It was on October 22 that I received an inquiry , which was from Mexico. Because of an unfamiliar inquiry it was, I conducted a background check on their company first. It is an car auto parts company in Mexico and the customer needed to find suppliers in China produce spout pouches for their tire lubricants. They have provided me with the AI design drawings they designed at the beginning, and asked me to quote for customized spout pouches with a quantity of 20,000 pieces. First of all, I confirmed the size of the pouches, the printing color and the material of the spout pouches to them. After confirming all related information, I made a quotation to the customer.
After checking our quotation, the customer told me that she needed to confirm with their boss whether the price is suitable or not, and asked me if I have sample service, because it is possible to change the pouch shape or the design. "Of course. We can offer you with this service !”I replied without hesitation. After I photographed all our samples to the customer, the customer asked me to send these samples to their company as well as offered to pay for the freight rapidly. It’s a fact that the customer was very satisfied with my service to them with my prompt reply. Her boss recognized me very much. What was more, the customer said she would definitely have cooperation with us as soon as she confirmed the sample.
After a week, the customer received the sample and told me their design concept. They selected our spout pouch for sauce in stock and asked me whether it was suitable. I said that this pouch was not suitable for sure. At that time, my customer wasn’t sure if the pouch shape--spout pouch that I sent to her, was the best for her products. In order to clear her mind of doubts, I explained to her step by step. Why I denied was that they needed to choose the packaging style conforming to the industry as the packaging for automobile tire lubricants. I thought they still stuck to their original packaging design,no matter from whose pouch shape or whose material structures. Certainly, the printing design can be changed so as to make the packaging more attractive. But I suggested the customer to modify her pattern design if she wanted as soon as possible and I could arrange production right now. The customer accepted my suggestion. Meanwhile, she provided me with her boss’ contact way so that I could connect with her boss directly in the future. I was very excited at the time and thanked my customer for their supports to us, promising her to give her company the best service.
After contacting with their boss, he sent me the final design draft, and I quoted him the price at once. The boss was very satisfied with my quotation, and he readily made a deposit. He let us arrange the production as soon as possible. My customer was content with my service and would have a long-term partnership with their company. It is my honor that my customer can choose us at last.
Now we’ve arranged the order to production.We are looking forward to the finished product. During this period I am keeping in touch with the customer and telling him about the production process.
