We received an inquiry from Facebook in July and we contacted Michel by WhatsApp. She told me that she wanted to cooperate with a packaging box supplier because she runs a company of the Kava powder in Vanuatu and she wanted to order the food packaging which can pack the powder and we suggested the stand up zipper pouch is suitable for her need.She asked about the material,color,size and other information of the bags and finally she confirmed the bags with the size of 20*30cm and four colors: blue,red,yellow and green. She ordered 20 thousands pieces.
Moreover, she also ordered the sticker of the company’s logo and the information label for the bags and we helped her to customized what she want and make a drawing for her to confirm.
So we decided to start the business from here and before we preparing the proforma invoice, Michel told me that she was looking for 2 sets of label machines and whether we can help her to purchase or not. So our team did a lot of searching of the machine and finally we helped her to order 2 high quality label machines.
We made a proforma invoice for her to confirm the goods before the payment. And she paid the deposit in a short time so we start to produce the goods in our factory for her. We took photos and videos of the proceeding of the goods production and goods packing for her to know everything very clearly. We keep in touch everyday until the goods was delivered.
She was really satisfied with our service of her first cooperation and she told me that she want to make a long term cooperation with our company. We are really appreciated with it. We wish we can be able to get a profit together in the near future.
