We received an inquiry from Whatsapp on July 21th. The customer is called KONAN from Cote d’Ivoire . She was looking for coffee capsules for packaging coffee powder. Although we are not good at producing this kind of the product , our team tried the best to make it. After having a meeting with her by the video, she confirmed to order 5,000 coffee capsules of different colors and smooth lids to match the capsule cups. Since it was difficult to find smooth lids to match the capsule cups in the market, we asked many other suppliers to offer the solutions whether they could do the matching products or not. However, the answer was “No”.
We never gave up because we wanted to offer the best service to our customers and friends. Finally, we contacted a supplier who was professional in this field and he can purchase unique materials to produce the goods. When we told KONAN the news, she was also very happy to decide to cooperate with us, so we quoted the price to KONAN as soon as possible, and she was also very satisfied with our price. As a result, she paid the deposit readily.
General speaking, the process was very pleasant. She also told me that she was very interested in our packaging pouches, and asked about the price of some products, praising us as "good price". Certainly, we need to achieve the first cooperation, and we can continue to chat more and have more cooperation opportunities.
When the products are finished, we would first check carefully of all the details,including the material,size,color and double check for the quantity. After confirming everything is okay, we took a photo to KONAN for confirmation.She was satisfied to paid the balance without any hesitation. At last, we delivered the goods to the customer specific shipping agent.
