The two kinds of bags that Eric needed could hold 10kg and 50kg of rice , and the quantity of them is 100,000 each. After receiving his inquiry, I found both sizes of bags which can pack the rice and quoted to Eric as fast as possible. I asked him if he needed some samples to check the quality of the woven bags we produced, but he wanted to check the price first. Apart from giving him the price, I took photos of all details of our sample bags to Eric so as to confirm whether the bags are up to his requirement and he said “Yes.”.
A day later, Eric asked if our company can made plastic film bags of 15,000 pieces, and I gave him the suitable size and pricing as well as took pictures to him to ensure the details. He told me, "We will take film bags and woven bags as the first order for our cooperation. The capacity of woven bags is 10kg, a total of 30,000 pcs ; plastic film bags are 15,000 pcs." I replied to him: "No problem! Thank you for your trust. It’s not only our first order, but our cooperation will be even more pleasant."
After that, Eric paid the full amount without hesitation. This was the first step of trusting us, and we would not let him down.
After the product was finished, we must first carefully check all the details, including material, size, and quantity. After confirming without any problem, we took a photo and a video for Eric and then we transported the goods to the freight forwarder after confirmed by Eric.
